Workflow Observer

Observe a session. Surface the workflows worth automating.

A Chrome extension that watches in-browser activity, identifies repetitive sequences worth automating, and exports them as Make.com or n8n blueprints. Built for operations teams at mid-size companies who already know AI is the lever — they just need to know where it has the most slack to pull.

How it works

  1. Capture. The extension records click and navigation sequences in the user's browser. Passwords, payment fields, and identifiers never leave the page — redaction happens at capture, not later.
  2. Surface. A daily analysis identifies which sequences are worth automating, ranked by frequency and estimated time recovered.
  3. Export. One click produces a Make.com or n8n blueprint you can import and adjust to your stack.

Privacy

  • Capture-time redaction. Password and payment-field types are never captured at all. Emails, phone numbers, card numbers, and identifier patterns are stripped before the event leaves the browser.
  • URL canonicalization. Query strings are dropped, segments containing emails or long digit runs are masked.
  • Screenshots off by default. When enabled, sensitive fields are blurred client-side before upload. Storage carries a 90-day TTL.
  • EU data residency. Both the database and object storage are in the Western Europe region.
  • Revocable consent. Capture pauses on demand from the extension popup; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
